1. Digital Goods

All products on SELECT are digital and are delivered automatically upon successful payment. As a result, sales are generally final once the product has been delivered.

2. When You May Be Eligible

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if: the product was not delivered, the product is materially different from its description, or the product is defective and cannot be made to work with reasonable support.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are typically not available for change of mind, accidental purchases after delivery, issues caused by misuse, or violations of third-party platform terms that result in restrictions unrelated to the product itself.

4. How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket from your Customer Area or contact us on Discord within a reasonable time of your purchase. Include your order number and a description of the issue so we can help quickly.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in loss of access to future purchases.
